本服务条款适用于 YBBCloud 提供的 CRM、广告线索同步、客户管理、营销协作及 Facebook、TikTok、LinkedIn、Google 等第三方平台授权集成服务。本页面无需登录即可访问。
1. 接受条款
当您访问、注册、登录、授权第三方平台或使用 YBBCloud（以下简称“本服务”）时，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意本条款及《隐私政策》。如您代表企业或组织使用本服务，您确认您有权代表该主体接受本条款。
2. 服务范围
本服务面向企业客户，提供客户、线索、表单、跟进记录、销售流程、报表分析、API、Webhook、嵌入表单及自动化协作等功能。经您授权后，本服务可能从 Facebook/Meta、TikTok、LinkedIn、Google 等平台同步广告账户、表单、线索、广告活动及基础报表数据。
本服务不构成广告效果承诺、法律意见、财务意见或合规审计意见。您应自行评估营销活动、广告投放和客户沟通的合法性与商业风险。
3. 账户、权限与安全
- 您应提供真实、准确、完整并及时更新的账户、企业、联系人和授权信息。
- 您应仅允许授权人员访问本服务，并按照最小权限原则分配内部权限。
- 您应妥善保管账号、密码、验证码、API 密钥、Webhook Token、第三方平台访问令牌及其他凭证。
- 如发现账号泄露、未授权访问或异常同步行为，应立即联系我们并采取必要措施。
4. 第三方平台授权与政策
连接 Facebook、TikTok、LinkedIn、Google 或其他平台时，您确认您有权代表相关广告账户、主页、企业账户、表单或数据主体进行授权，并同意遵守相关平台的服务条款、开发者政策、广告政策、数据使用政策、品牌规范、API 限制及审核要求。
第三方平台可能随时调整 API、权限、审核规则、数据字段、速率限制或令牌有效期，因此产生的同步失败、延迟、权限收回或功能不可用，不属于 YBBCloud 违约。Facebook、Meta、TikTok、LinkedIn、Google 等名称和商标归各自权利人所有，除非另有书面说明，YBBCloud 与其不存在隶属、背书、代理或合伙关系。
5. 可接受使用
- 不得违反法律法规、监管要求、行业规范或第三方平台政策。
- 不得发送垃圾信息、骚扰信息、欺诈内容、误导性广告、恶意软件、钓鱼链接或侵权内容。
- 不得非法收集、出售、出租、披露、购买或滥用个人信息、线索信息或平台数据。
- 不得反向工程、破解、扫描、压测、绕过限制、干扰服务或未授权访问。
- 不得冒充他人、伪造授权、隐藏真实广告主或误导终端用户。
6. 客户数据与平台数据
您保留对提交或授权同步至本服务的客户数据、线索数据、业务数据和平台数据的合法权利。您授权 YBBCloud 在提供、维护、保护、排障和改进本服务所必要范围内处理这些数据。您应确保已取得必要同意、授权或其他合法处理依据，并确保表单告知、隐私声明、广告投放和客户沟通符合适用法律及平台要求。
7. 删除、撤销授权与导出
您可通过本服务、第三方平台授权管理页面或联系 info@ybbis.com 请求删除、导出或更正数据。撤销平台授权后，本服务将停止获取新数据；已同步数据将依据您的请求、合同、法律要求和《隐私政策》处理。因监管、审计、争议、安全或平台政策需要保留的记录，我们会在必要期限内保留并限制继续使用。
8. 知识产权与保密
本服务的软件、界面、设计、文档、商标、技术架构、代码和数据库结构归 YBBCloud 或其许可方所有。未经授权，您不得复制、修改、分发、出售、出租、再许可、反向工程或创建衍生作品。双方应对非公开商业、技术、客户、价格、凭证及安全信息承担保密义务。
9. 费用与服务变更
部分功能可能需要付费、订阅或单独开通，具体以双方确认的订单、合同或页面说明为准。我们可能因业务、安全、法律、平台政策或技术原因调整、暂停或终止部分功能，并尽合理努力提前通知重大变更。
10. 免责声明与责任限制
在法律允许范围内，本服务按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。我们不保证服务无中断、无错误、完全兼容第三方平台变更，或实现特定广告效果、线索数量、转化率、收入或商业目标。
YBBCloud 不对间接、偶然、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损失承担责任，包括利润、商誉、业务、广告投放、数据损失或替代服务成本。除法律强制规定外，我们的累计责任不超过您在责任事件发生前十二个月内就相关服务实际支付的费用。
11. 暂停、终止与争议
如您违反本条款、法律法规、平台政策、付款义务或安全要求，或您的使用可能造成风险，我们有权暂停、限制或终止账户、授权、接口或功能。本条款适用中华人民共和国法律；争议应先友好协商，协商不成的，可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
12. 更新与联系
我们可能根据法律、业务、平台政策或安全要求更新本条款，并在本页面发布。重大变更将通过合理方式提示。如有问题，请联系 info@ybbis.com。
These Terms apply to CRM, advertising lead synchronization, customer management, marketing collaboration, and authorized integrations with Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and similar platforms provided by YBBCloud. This page is publicly accessible without login.
1. Acceptance
By accessing, registering for, logging into, authorizing a third-party platform, or using YBBCloud (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. Service Scope
The Service provides business customers with customer, lead, form, follow-up, sales workflow, reporting, API, webhook, embedded form, and automation features. With your authorization, the Service may synchronize ad accounts, forms, leads, campaigns, and basic reporting data from Facebook/Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and similar platforms.
The Service does not guarantee advertising performance and does not provide legal, financial, or compliance audit advice.
3. Accounts and Security
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date account, company, contact, and authorization information.
- You must allow only authorized personnel to access the Service and assign permissions on a least-privilege basis.
- You are responsible for safeguarding passwords, verification codes, API keys, webhook tokens, platform tokens, and credentials.
- You must promptly contact us if you discover credential leakage, unauthorized access, or abnormal synchronization.
4. Third-Party Platforms
When connecting Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, or another platform, you confirm that you are authorized to grant access and will comply with applicable platform terms, developer policies, advertising policies, data use policies, brand guidelines, API limits, and review requirements.
Platform API, permission, field, rate-limit, token, or policy changes may cause synchronization failures, delays, revocation, or unavailable features. Such issues are not a breach by YBBCloud. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners, and YBBCloud is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless expressly stated in writing.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not violate laws, regulations, industry standards, or platform policies.
- Do not send spam, harassment, fraudulent content, misleading ads, malware, phishing links, or infringing content.
- Do not unlawfully collect, sell, rent, disclose, purchase, or misuse personal information, lead information, or platform data.
- Do not reverse engineer, crack, scan, stress test, bypass limits, disrupt the Service, or access it without authorization.
- Do not impersonate others, forge authorization, conceal the true advertiser, or mislead end users.
6. Customer and Platform Data
You retain lawful rights in data submitted to or synchronized with the Service. You authorize YBBCloud to process such data only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents, authorizations, or lawful bases and for complying with applicable laws and platform requirements.
7. Deletion, Revocation, and Export
You may request data deletion, export, or correction through the Service, platform authorization settings, or info@ybbis.com. After authorization is revoked, the Service will stop obtaining new data; previously synchronized data will be handled according to your request, contracts, laws, and the Privacy Policy. Required records may be retained for legal, audit, dispute, security, or platform policy reasons with restricted use.
8. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
The software, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks, architecture, code, and database structures are owned by YBBCloud or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivatives without authorization. Each party must protect non-public business, technical, customer, pricing, credential, and security information.
9. Fees and Changes
Some features may require payment or subscription, subject to confirmed orders, contracts, or page descriptions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for business, security, legal, platform policy, or technical reasons and will use reasonable efforts to notify material changes.
10. Disclaimer and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with all platform changes, or any specific advertising result, lead volume, conversion rate, revenue, or business objective.
YBBCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, goodwill, business, ad spend, data, or substitute service costs. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid for the relevant Service during the twelve months before the event.
11. Suspension, Termination, and Disputes
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, authorization, APIs, or features if you violate these Terms, laws, platform policies, payment obligations, or security requirements, or if your use creates risk. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be negotiated; if unresolved, either party may sue in a competent court.
12. Updates and Contact
